Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Quiver for your use of the Quiver iOS app and related services (the “Service”). By using Quiver, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Service.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Quiver.
Your content
The bikes, components, costs, photos, and notes you add are your content. You keep ownership of it. You grant Quiver the limited permission needed to store, display, and back up that content so we can provide the Service to you. If you turn on “Improve the catalog” in Settings, you also allow us to use your anonymous spec confirmations to improve our shared catalog, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
The catalog & spec data
Quiver provides bike and component specifications gathered from manufacturer and other sources. We work hard to be accurate and we mark how confident we are in each fact, but specifications can change or contain errors. Spec information is provided for reference and is not a guarantee. Always confirm critical details (such as part compatibility) with the manufacturer or a qualified mechanic before relying on them.
Purchases
If the Service offers paid features, purchases are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Any pricing and refund policies will be presented at the time of purchase.
Cancellation & deletion
You can stop using Quiver at any time and can permanently delete your account and all of your data from the Account screen in the app.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the catalog data is complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiver will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
