Delete your account

Applies to the Quiver app on iOS and Android, by Raster Factory.

Deleting your Quiver account permanently removes your account and everything in it: your profile, your bikes and their build sheets, your photos, your receipts, and your preferences. This is an immediate, irreversible hard delete — there is no recovery window.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Quiver and go to the Account screen.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my Quiver account". We will verify the request and delete the account.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your profile, sign-in identity, bikes, parts, photos, receipts, and preferences.
Kept: nothing tied to you. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (which contain no account data) are not affected.

Deletion also detaches Quiver from the sign-in provider you used (Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In). You can additionally review app access in your Apple ID or Google Account settings at any time.
